Joe has returned also as Q-103
General Manager, having previously managed
stations in Trenton, Ithaca, and Burlington, VT.
He is a veteran broadcaster with extensive
broadcasting and radio marketing experience.
With his extensive involvement in Tri-State area
activities, Joe uses radio to build a strong
sense of community as he entertains listeners,
works with advertisers to win new customers and
increase sales in a difficult economy, and
assist community organizations seeking publicity
for their activities. |

Multi-talented Marie also works with advertising
clients, and schedules all of our commercials
and public service features. She is again
co-chair of this year's Tri-State Relay For
Life, which achieved a record increase in
participation in 2009 to raise funds to help
fight cancer. |

As co-founder of
WKZE in 1985, Judy introduced the first
local radio station to the Tri-State region. A
former educator,
Judy was a pioneer who, for the first time,
explored the power
of local radio with area businesses and the
community she was
here the day Q 103 signed on the air, and is
pleased to be involved as Q 103 continues to
grow and expand its service to the community. |

CATHY HUTCHINGS

Cathy Hutchings began her radio
career at Q-103 FM in 1994 by creating and
hosting her own show - "The People’s Forum." A
year later, working with then Sales Manager Joe
Loverro, she shifted her focus to marketing and
working with the station's advertising clients.
Cathy now also wears additional hats, including
sales and promotion, production, and
occasionally, volunteer chauffeur for Joe during
his recuperation! |

Founder of eight radio stations
around New England and NY, Dennis is a UConn MBA
who has done all things radio from public
affairs and news to marketing, engineering, TV
spokesman, tower-climber, FCC consultant, GM,
and broker. He cut his teeth managing
award-winning community radio stations in
Greenwich and Ridgefield. In a world of
corporate broadcasting, Dennis is one of the few
remaining radio entrepreneurs dedicated to
keeping independent full-service community radio
strong. As a sideline, he is currently building
a pair of non-profit public radio stations. |
